Who runs Wayfinder
Wayfinder is a service of Citizens Advice Haringey, run for them by Whitelabel AI Corporation. It helps you find the right information or the right person, any time of day.
It doesn’t give formal advice
Wayfinder provides information and signposting drawn from Citizens Advice guidance — it does not provide legal, financial or other regulated advice, and nothing it shows you is a substitute for advice from a qualified adviser about your own situation. Some areas, like debt advice and immigration advice, are always handled by a person, never by this tool. When your situation needs an adviser, Wayfinder’s job is to get you to one.
Where the links take you
Guidance links open the national Citizens Advice website (citizensadvice.org.uk). That site is run by the national Citizens Advice charity — a separate organisation from Citizens Advice Haringey — under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to anything you do there.
